Quality Guarantee Policy

At Nut Baron, we stand behind the quality of our caramelised nuts and aim to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product to request a refund. We will refund the value of the product(s), excluding any shipping costs, up to a maximum of $50.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at shop@nutbaron.co.nz. We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your items back. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We make every effort to package your order in a way that minimises waste while keeping the product protected. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any damage, defects, or incorrect items are found. We will work quickly to address the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch, and we will promptly send you the correct one. You're welcome to keep or share the wrong item with someone else.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
