At The Nut Baron, we’re here to make your holiday shopping experience smooth and stress-free. To help you plan ahead for Christmas, please take a moment to review our Christmas Shipping Policy below:

Order Deadlines for Christmas Delivery

To receive your orders in time for Christmas, please ensure you place them by the following deadlines:

  • Standard Shipping: Orders must be placed by 14th December 2024 to guarantee delivery before Christmas.
  • 15th–20th December: Orders placed during this window may still arrive before Christmas—please contact us for advice.
  • 21st December onwards: Orders placed from this date will be delivered after Christmas.

These dates are based on our best estimates. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to order as early as possible to account for any unforeseen delays.

Shipping Locations

We currently deliver throughout New Zealand. Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to the following areas:

  • Hauraki Gulf Islands (e.g., Waiheke Island)
  • Stewart Island
  • Chatham Islands

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress and estimated delivery date.

Important Notes

  • The holiday season often brings increased demand for shipping carriers, which may lead to delays. We strongly recommend placing your orders early to avoid disappointment.
  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or courier-related issues.

We’ll be taking a short break to recharge! Please note:

  • Our operations will be closed from 20th December 2024 to 8th January 2025.
  • Orders placed during this period will be processed from 8th January 2025 onwards.
